You have 5 days from delivery to raise a request. Requests after 5 days cannot be accepted.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact. Sale items marked NORETURN are not eligible.

Clearance items, custom stitched orders, accessories, and items without original packaging.
